Lacy was born and raised in Breaux Bridge and now lives in Arnaudville, Louisiana. She has one daughter, Alexis. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family in friends. She obtained her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies from LSUE in 2008. In 2021, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Administration.
